How Grounded Got Started

Our Story

Grounded began with a simple but powerful idea: to create a space where health, community, and great food come together in perfect harmony. Our founders, envisioned a place where people could explore a holistic approach to wellness, combining delicious, nourishing meals with top-quality health products and personalised services.

The journey started with a passion for healthy living and a commitment to showing that nutritious food doesn’t have to be bland or boring. We wanted to break the stereotype that healthy eating is a chore rather than a joy. This vision came to life with the help of our talented Chef Cobus Bekker, who brings years of experience and a love for creating flavourful, wholesome dishes.

Grounded was born from the belief that food can be both nourishing and delightful. We focused on creating a welcoming environment where every meal is made from fresh, organic ingredients and every product in our wellness store is selected for its quality and benefits.
