We welcome everyone, should you have a dietary requirement please know we will have availability.

No. You can take as much personal time as needed. We support you in doing as much or as little as you’d like, depending on how you are feeling. Personally, we wouldn’t want to miss a thing!

You are here to BREATHE.

The Beach House Collection is located right on the beach front with the best views of the ocean, so the world is your oyster in our little coastal town of Yzerfontein, unlimited views, walks and fresh air.

By prior arrangement, we offer you a payment arrangement of splitting the total amount into a x4 month payment leading up to the retreat.

What should I pack?

As for the rest be comfortable, “YOUR” comfortable,

Everyone is welcome at all our experiences regardless of the meditation and Pilates experience or fitness levels. We cater for different levels, so that you will be supported, challenged and encouraged to learn.

Yes, free WIFI is available to all guests attending our retreat.

We however encourage you to “shut down and breathe” as much as possible without too much screen time.
